Clean Debris from the Surface of the Anvil Cover
Cardboard scraps and glue residue can scratch the surface of the anvil cover. So it is necessary for you to wipe it clean every time the machine is shut down.
Controlling Die-Cutting Pressure
Excessive die cutting pressure can compress the elastic layer of the anvil cover or force the blade to penetrate the rubber pad too deeply.
Therefore, you need to adjust the standard pressure range according to the specific conditions, such as the thickness and hardness of the sheet material.
