Structure and Material

The creasing wheel is usually made of steel material, with an outer layer covered with natural rubber or chloroprene rubber, etc., and has acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance characteristics. Some equipment adopts a sleeve type design, which achieves rapid disassembly and assembly through pneumatic expansion.

Adjustment and Maintenance

1.Gap adjustment: It is necessary to ensure that the gap value between the pre pressing wheel and the creasing wheel is reasonable, in order to avoid cardboard breakage or poor molding caused by improper adjustment.   ‌

2.Surface treatment: After long-term use, ink residue should be regularly cleaned, and if necessary, electric brush plating repair technology should be used to restore the accuracy of the drum.
