The corrugated cardboard production line equipment is a complete set of equipment used for producing corrugated cardboard (for cardboard boxes, packaging materials, etc.), and its core process includes raw paper processing, corrugated forming, bonding, drying, slitting, printing, die-cutting and other links. The following are the main equipment components of a typical corrugated cardboard production line:

1. Raw Paper Processing Equipment

Mill Roll Stand: It's used for placing raw paper rolls (face paper, inner paper, core paper), automatically or manually adjusting paper tension to ensure smooth conveying of the raw paper.

Preheater: Preheat the base paper through steam heating rollers, adjust the moisture and temperature of the paper, and enhance the bonding performance.

2. Corrugated Forming Equipment

Single Facer :One of the core devices is to press the core paper into a corrugated shape through upper and lower corrugated rollers, and bond it with preheated face paper to form single-sided corrugated cardboard (single corrugated).

Corrugating Roll: It determines the type of corrugation (A/B/C/E/F corrugation, etc.).

Glue System: Apply glue to the top of the corrugated board and bond it to the surface paper.

3. Double Sided Bonding Equipment

Double Facer: Stick single-sided corrugated cardboard with another layer of surface paper (inner paper) to form double-sided corrugated cardboard (three or five layers).

Hot Plate Section: The hot plate is dried using high-temperature steam to ensure firm adhesion.

Pressure Roll: Apply pressure to promote adhesion.

4. Drying and Cooling Equipment

Drying Bridge: Further dry the cardboard to prevent deformation.

Cooling Section:Stabilize the shape of the cardboard by natural cooling or forced cooling with a fan.

5. Cutting and Cutting Equipment

Slitter Scorer: Cut the wide cardboard into the desired width and press the crease line at the designated position (for subsequent folding).

Cut off Machine:Cutting cardboard according to the set length is usually controlled by a computer to achieve precise cutting.

6. Printing and Die-cutting Equipment

Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter: Printing (patterns, text), slotting (forming carton structure), and die-cutting (irregular cutting) on cardboard.
