Low Noise High Speed Corrugator Belt with Kevlar
This high speed corrugator belt with kevlar is suitable for corrugator machine which need frequently change cardboard width. Generally, corrugated cardboard production lines, especially those using pressure plates or airbag pressure systems, have a greater load and wear on the edges of the conveyor belt. The edge of the conveyor belt runs directly between the hot plate and the pressure system for a long time, resulting in a rapid temperature rise and a corresponding significant increase in the wear of the conveyor belt. In order to improve the high temperature and wear resistance of the conveyor belt, we have woven high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant material (Kevlar) into the surface layer of the edge of the conveyor belt in contact with the cardboard. This material not only does not affect the operation and breathability of the conveyor belt, but can also customize the width according to customer needs.
