If it is found that there is a lot of sand content in the paper before machine operation, the original paper manufacturer is required to make improvements.

The tension of corrugated paper should be as light as possible to reduce the friction between the paper and the corrugating roll.

The surface hardness of tungsten carbide is HV1300, with a surface roughness of about 1.6 microns or less. The coating of tungsten carbide is about 0.1 millimeters, which is quite thin but has good wear resistance. Another improvement method is to consider replacing the plated corrugating rolls with tungsten carbide ones, which can also extend the service life of the corrugating roll.
