Environmental adaptability of the polyurethane sun wheel: Polyurethane materials are sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, and should be avoided in high temperature, high humidity and corrosive environments. If it cannot be avoided, appropriate protective measures such as adding protective covers, regular cleaning and maintenance are required.
Periodic Inspection: Regularly inspect the PU sun wheel for signs of wear, assess the condition of the tooth surfaces, and verify the tightness of the mounting bolts. Promptly identify and address issues such as wear or looseness to prevent the escalation of faults. If any signs of wear, cracks, or other damage are found on the polyurethane sun wheel, it should be replaced promptly to avoid affecting equipment performance and safety.
