Mill Roll Stand

The mill roll stand is mainly responsible for smoothly conveying base paper to subsequent processing units, ensuring stability and tension control during operation, and improving the production efficiency of the corrugated cardboard production line.

Single Facer Corrugated Forming Machine

As a key component of the corrugated cardboard production line, it is responsible for pressing the paper core into corrugated corrugations and bonding it with the face paper to form single-face corrugated cardboard, and then cooling and drying to ensure stable forming.

Slitting Machine

The slitting machine is mainly responsible for processing wide base paper or single-face corrugated cardboard into finished product specifications on the corrugated cardboard production line, accurately slitting to reduce waste edges and reduce production costs.

Control Cabinet

The corrugated cardboard production line involves multiple processes. (Paper feeding, corrugation, gluing, cutting, etc.) Each process is monitored and adjusted in real time through control cabinet PLC, touch screen and other intelligent devices to ensure efficient coordination of the production process.

How Does Corrugated Cardboard Production Line Work?

The production of corrugated cardboard production line is based on the mechanical principles and chemical bonding in physics. Under the action of single facer machine and double facer machine, the base paper, corrugated paper core and paper surface are tightly bonded together through mechanical pressure and thermal bonding to form a corrugated cardboard with high strength, good cushioning performance and certain moisture resistance.
