Single Face Corrugated Roll
SunHong's corrugated roll is an important component for corrugated board production and the core of the single facer. Sun Hong's corrugated roll is made of 48CrMoA steel, which is treated by medium frequency quenching or nitriding to ensure that the hardness is above HRC55. The high precision process ensures that the life and wear resistance of the corrugated roll reach the international advanced level.
Corrugated Roll Precautions
Also note that the upper and lower corrugated roll and the pressure roller will resonate during operation, causing damage to the roller surface of the corrugated roll. It is recommended to check whether there are any loose screws before starting the machine each time.
In addition, it is best not to increase the pressure to the maximum when adjusting the corrugated roll pressure, which may easily cause wear on both sides of the corrugated roll.
