Sun Hong's corrugating roll is an important component for corrugated board production and the core of the single facer. The surface is precisely processed and has a series of concave and convex patterns. Sun Hong's corrugating roll is made of 48CrMoA steel, which is treated by medium frequency quenching or nitriding to ensure that the hardness is above HRC55. The high precision process ensures that the life and wear resistance of the corrugating roll reach the international advanced level.
Corrugating Roll Precautions
Also note that the upper and lower corrugating roll and the pressure roller will resonate during operation, causing damage to the roller surface of the corrugated roll. It is recommended to check whether there are any loose screws before starting the machine each time.
In addition, it is best not to increase the pressure to the maximum when adjusting the corrugating roll pressure, which may easily cause wear on both sides of the roll.
