Sun Hong no crush wheel is made of polyurethane material. The polyurethane no crush sun wheel are a new type of polymer synthetic material that falls between rubber and plastic. They possess both the high strength of plastic and the high elasticity of rubber. They have a wide range of hardness. Even at high hardness, they still exhibit the elongation and resilience of rubber. They are highly strong. At rubber hardness, their tensile strength and load-bearing capacity are much higher than those of general-purpose rubber. At high hardness, their impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastic. They are wear-resistant.

The wear resistance of polyurethane wheel is excellent, generally ranging from 0.01 to 0.10 (cm3)/1.61km, which is about 3-5 times that of rubber. They are oil-resistant. Polyurethane elastomers are a strongly polar polymer compound with low affinity for non-polar mineral oils. They are almost impervious to erosion in fuel oil and machine oil. They have excellent vibration absorption properties, serving as a shock absorber and buffer. They also have good temperature resistance.

Its working principle is relatively complex, and it mainly achieves paper conveyance through the following aspects:

Firstly, the no crush wheel is usually made of polyurethane, rubber or other elastic materials, possessing a certain degree of friction. When the cardboard enters the area of the no crush wheel, relying on its elasticity, comes into close contact with the surface of the cardboard, and drives the paper to move forward through friction.

During operation, the no crush wheel is typically driven to rotate by a motor or other power source. The no crush wheel applies a forward force along the leading edge of the cardboard, which overcomes the friction between the paper and the conveying path as well as the inertia of the paper itself, gradually propelling the cardboard forward.

Meanwhile, to ensure smooth cardboard conveyance, the design of the no crush wheel typically incorporates a pressure adjustment mechanism. By adjusting the pressure applied by the no crush wheel to the cardboard, it can accommodate paper of different thicknesses and materials. Excessive pressure may cause paper deformation or damage, while insufficient pressure may lead to uneven or slipping paper conveyance.
